Attend the Horror Game Awards 2026 in person!
Following the announcement that this year’s awards would take place at 26 Leake Street, Waterloo, London, we promised that we would let you know how you could attend in person. So here’s everything that you need to know!
The Horror Game Awards is an independent production which relies on sponsors and donations in order to meet the costs of putting on a physical event. If you wish to sponsor The Horror Game Awards, please email info [at] thehorrorgameawards [dot] com as we would love to hear from you.
As such, until we reach a position where we can secure much larger venues, the numbers who can attend will be limited. To make sure that everyone who attends to watch the show can actually do so in the venue’s main tunnel, the capacity of this year’s event is set at 350. This does not include members of the crew, hosts and presenters, who will be backstage, or vendors who will be in the venue’s secondary tunnels.
As such, depending on the capacity in which you would be attending, please read the relevant section regarding our selection process and complete the correct form.
Attending as a member of the industry (Developers, Publishers and Press)
We will also be reaching out directly to individuals and teams where we have the contact details to do so, but developers and publishers who wish to attend as well as members of the press who wish to cover the event should fill in the form below.

Attending as a content creator
We have a limited number of spaces for content creators to attend and cover the awards. Attending in this capacity comes with the expectation of creating content, and we will vet applications accordingly. If you wish to attend The Horror Game Awards as an official Content Creator, then please fill in the form below.
Content Creator Application Form
The form will close for applications at 11.59pm BST on Wednesday 30 September 2026.
Attending as a guest
The remaining spaces to attend the awards will be open to apply for between 12am BST on Monday 14 September and 11.59pm BST on Sunday 20 September 2026.
We will then choose attendees by drawing names, once any invalid or duplicate applications have been weeded out. We are doing this as we feel it is fairer than a “first come, first served” scenario, and should ensure that true Horror Game Awards fans get their chance to come see the event in person.
You can find the form to attend as a guest, once it opens, below.

Attending as a vendor
We have some remaining space in Tunnels 2 and 3 for vendors to work the event. Whether you are a developer who wishes to showcase a game demo or are selling merchandise, as long as your stall is relevant to the event we will consider it. To help us cover the costs of running the event, there will be a fee for this, which will be based on the kind of stall you wish to run.
To discuss attending as a vendor, please email info [at] thehorrorgameawards [dot] com
Other ways to take part
If you are unable to attend the awards in person, then you can still take part in other ways. The awards will be livestreamed on Twitch and YouTube, and we are looking at the possibility of extending to other platforms. We also welcome the enthusiastic community of co-streamers around the event, and if you haven’t already then you can apply to join them here.
