PUBLIC VOTING: ROUND 1

Recently, we held open nominations for two of our awards, The Players’ Choice and Horror Content Creator of the Year. Now, the top 30 in each category are in our first round of public voting!

Nearly 8,000 of you took the time to vote for your favourite games and content creators, so thank you! The top 30 nominees in each category are now up for the public vote. From this round of voting, the top 15 will go forward into round two - so make sure that you take the time to vote for your favourite, and encourage your friends, communities and fellow gamers to do the same!

While most of our award categories are based on nominations from our juries, both the Players’ Choice and Horror Content Creator of the Year awards are nominated and voted for ENTIRELY by the public. This first round of voting runs from Monday 27 October to Saturday 1 November.

The Players’ Choice Award is for the most popular horror game of 2025.

The Horror Content Creator of the Year Award is for the best content creator with a focus on horror games.
